Binaraga Legendaris Ed Corney Tutup Usia

Berita duka cita datang dari dunia binaraga internasional. Binaraga legendaris Ed Corney meninggal dunia karena aneurisma otak pada 1 Januari 2019 lalu di usia 85 tahun.

Pria kelahiran ini memulai karir di dunia binaraga pada usia 33 tahun. Ia berkompetisi dan memenangkan banyak ajang bergengsi serta termasuk dalam salah satu binaraga berhasil dizamannya.

Corney dikenal karena perannya yang luar biasa dalam film Pumping Iron bersama Arnold Schwarzenegger. Pria berusia 85 tahun ini memang dikenal memiliki definisi tubuh yang luar biasa.

Penyakit yang menyerang otaknya pertama kali diketahui saat malam natal. Namun terlambat, kondisinya sudah fatal. Hingga akhirnya ia hanya mampu bertahan 1 minggu saja.
