DorinosBAHAN-BAHAN :

  • 120 gram ikan dori, potong dua bagian
  • 50 gram bayam, rebus sebentar, iris-iris.
  • 50 ml susu cair
  • ¼  sdt garam
  • ¼  sdt lada
  • 1 sdt bawang putih cincang
  • 2 sdt bawang bombay cincang
  • 2 sdm olive oil
  • ½ sdt oregano
  • 2 buah wortel
  • 2 kuntum brokoli

CARA MEMBUAT :

  1. Bumbui ikan dengan sedikit garam dan lada, lalu panggang selama 30 menit dengan suhu 180C.
  2. Rebus wortel dan brokoli, sautee sebentar, bumbui dengan sedikit garam dan lada.
  3. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan bayam, dan susu cair hingga mongering.
  4. Olesi ikan yang sudah dipanggang menggunakan olive oil dan oregano.
  5. Tata salah satu potongan ikan, taruh adonan bayam, tumpukkan potongan ikan satunya lagi.
  6. Panggang kembali selama 10 menit
  7. Siapkan piring saji, tata ikan di atas piring, lalu hias dengan wortel dan brokoli.
