Bahan – Bahan :

  • 500 Gr Ikan Marlin fillet
  • 1 Sdm Lada hitam
  • 1 Sdm Garam diet
  • 200 Gr Mix vegetable
  • 1 Buah Paprika merah
  • 1 Buah Paprika Hijau
  • 3 Buah bawang putih
  • 1 Buah Bawang Bombay
  • 1 Sendok Kecil Oregano
  • 2 Sdm Olive oil
  • 2 Sdm Cream thousand island

Cara Membuatnya

Untuk Ikannya:

  • Masak dahulu dengan Teflon tanpa minyak sampai berwarna coklat lalu angkat.
  • Siapkan Teflon yang sudah panas, masukan olive oil, bawang putih, bawang Bombay, diamkan sebentar sampai berbau harum.
  • Lalu masukan paprika merah, paprika hijau,  cream thounsad island, aduk menjadi sampai rata.
  • Lalu masuk ikan marlin, lada hitam, garam diet, oregano, sambil diaduk – aduk diamkan 5 menit.
  • Lalu angkat dan dapat disajikan dengan mix vegetable.
