Bahan-bahan :

  • 70 g telur
  • 15 gr kol, iris halus
  • 2 sdm canola oil
  • 30 g jamur shitake, iris halus
  • gula secukupnya
  • garam secukupnya
  • 15 g wortel, iris bentuk korek api
  • 15 g buncis, iris halus
  • Nori secukupnya (untuk garnish)

Cara membuat:

  • Siapkan wajan dadar, kocok telur, gula pasir dan garam.
  • Olesi wajan dadar dengan canola oil, jerangkan di atas api sedang hingga panas tetapi tidak sampai mengeluarkan asap. Kecilkan api.
  • Tuang telur kocok, miringkan wajan agar seluruh permukaan tertutup telur.
  • Taruh irisan kol, jamur, wortel dan buncis.
  • Tunggu sampai mengering, gulung menyerupai bentuk risoles.
  • Hiasi dengan nori.
